Make a proper request for fluorspar

Let us know what kind of products you are interested in, what the quantity of delivery is, and what your monthly requirement for fluorspar concentrate or fluorite is and where you will deliver this product. The more we learn about your needs, the more favorable a price for fluorspar concentrate or fluorite lump we can offer you.
Depending on the time of day and day of the week, we will contact you ranging from a couple of minutes to several hours after the application has been submitted.

Trial delivery of fluorspar

If you want to order a trial supply (one rail wagon – at least 65 tons), we would be happy to do it. Please mark this point in your application.

Making the contract

Once all the conditions of the upcoming deals are agreed upon, we will send you a draft contract for the supply of fluorspar. Depending on the specifics and requirements that apply to your financial statements, the contract will be signed by mail or e- mail. We guarantee confidentiality in all our transactions, as well as never disclosing the contracted price. Once all the formalities are met, we will move on to your payment and loading of fluorspar in railway wagons.

Charges for shipping

As a rule, all suppliers of Mongolian fluorspar require 100% payment of services. We, in turn, try to offer our customers the most transparent scheme of work and take 80% after signing the contract and the remaining 20% within 2 days after delivery of shipping documents and certificates, to determine that the exact weight of the product is loaded into the wagon *.
If you buy a large amount at once, the price of agreement can be reduced. In the case of a very large order, you can use a bank letter of credit, but all costs associated with its discovery and service of both the seller and the purchaser, will be paid by the purchaser.

Shipping & Delivery

All of our products we sell on terms DAF Naushki (border with Russia), DAF Erlian (border with China) or other customs points along the border of Mongolia. The majority of our customers from the border use their own carriers with which they enter into a supplementary agreement. If the cargo goes to Russia, as a rule, it is the first Gruzovaya Cargo, if through China, Chinese carriers are used (which we can recommend if necessary). It helps to control movement in the country or transit passage.
In Mongolia, there is a constant shortage of rail road wagons, and if the delivery time of the products is not within the period stipulated in the contract, we will ask you to contact your carrier and make them deliver the wagons for shipment of your product; in this case the terms are guaranteed.
Many companies initially offer their wagons and tend to load FF (fluorite concentrate), so-called “Khoper”, in which the concentrate is poured in bulk and is shipped from our factory directly to your address.
In each case, we consider the possibility of using our wagons, and as a rule, no additional problems are created.

Your representatives on the loading of fluorspar in Mongolia

We invite you to come to Mongolia to attend the loading of your fluorite into railway wagons. After completing loading, you will need to fully pay for the delivered goods before the wagon (or wagons) leave the station of loading. We will meet you at the airport, place in a hotel and will accompany you to the place of loading (all costs associated with this trip, will be paid by Buyer).

* Fluorite concentrate FF95.97 we load under 100% payment, due to the high cost of production.
